Mrs. Kaufman and her Gold Medal from UCLA
- Glorya received a Gold Medal, the highest honor given by UCLA. This was given to her for the renovation of the old Women’s Gym into Glorya Kaufman Hall, a state-of-the-art dance building with six rehearsal studios and a black box theater. The building, four years in the making, opened its doors in 2004.
